Information

Boat trips in the Spreewald are one of the classic leisure activities for visitors to the Spreewald. From our hotel's own harbor, our bargemen start their tours through the city of Lübben every day during the months of the main season. These last about 2 hours. Full day trips to the Upper and Lower Spree Forest are organized upon advance reservation. The tours lead to the village Lehde in the Upper or Schlepzig in the Lower Spree Forest and can be booked from 6 to 9 hours.

For longer trips, we are happy to organize a stop at an inn or a visit to the open-air museums in either village. The barges are comfortably equipped with tables and have capacities from 16 to approx. 22 persons. We will be happy to organize coffee and cake for the barge trip.


Please note that the bargemen are not employees of the hotel, but independent operators. They will travel with you through the Spreewald on their own account. Nevertheless, you can book the barge rides at the hotel reception.

Note

By arrangement, we are happy to carry out barbecue and picnic stays. The barges are equipped with tables.

The prices quoted are for full occupancy, with children up to 10 years old paying half price. For a flat rate, you can also rent a barge all to yourself. Pricing is subject to agreement.
